While writing the specification, I tried to find the best compromise and thought that many people could be interested in it.
Nonetheless I maybe forgot some needs.

My goal originally was to replace the Bug.
What’s the bug??
It’s a boat created in 2000/01 by JF-Kayaks for see marathon.
Practically it’s a race boat with reinforced rudder, low seat and see boot position (pedals and contact between the hips and the hull of the boat) and modified upper part to pass through the waves.
Advantage: as fast as a race boat but more stable thanks to the seat. Excellent in surf.
Inconvenient: came simultaneously with the surf-skis and was not as fast as them in the waves. Ignored in marathon despite its qualities, the communication about this boat didn’t work well enough.
Do you think that this is a good basis? To use this concept again?
